Is that little diode located near PL7? If yes It's SMD code looks like "6." and "J." but that J is bigger and lifted up. I have no clue what kind of diode it is but its Diode for sure - I've measure it. Anode is facing to PC146 and cathode to PR153.
Good Luck.

Samsung LN40B500P3FXZA TV has no power. Replaced bad 3.1A fuse but it blew again when attempting to power on. No obvious bad components (blown capacitors). 6.3A fuse is still good.

Since that I have not schematic diagram of your tv... I cannot figured you out the exact part number of those components that caused the problem, but the possible reason why the fuse are always blown when you turned on the unit? because there are some bad filter capacitor, rectifier diodes and power IC regulator in primary power circuit section.

Is burning my component, I need trasistor M50D060 s thank you

You have bigger problems than just the IGBT. I replace that part with part number:

APT28GA60BD15

About $6.50 from Digikey.com

You will probably find one or both of the gate speedup diodes blown PN DL4148 surface mounted an one or more of the driver transistors 2SSA1020-Y and 2SC2655-Y blown and usually the IR2153 switching regulator chip. If you haven't blown the 10 ohm ceramic pre-charge resistors you are lucky. Put a 150 watt lamp in series with the power cord to save fuses and parts till it is repaired. If you don't have schematic get back to us.

I need a schematic for motherboard

You will not be able to get a schematic for any motherboard; these are proprietary designs. You can get a board layout from the ASUS site for any of their motherboards and documentation useful for setting up.
A hard-copy schematic would cover many square yards if all of the integrated components were broken down into individual parts since they number in the millions.

I have a Dell Latitude D510 with the input power circuitry has blown components. I am trying to locate a schematic Diagram of this section. I need to find the values of several components.

In this regard if there are circuits blown from the laptop of motherboard, my best advise is have the motherboard replace or call DELL technical support for assistance to have same model of the motherboard that your laptop had. Thank you.

P4004 - Blown Components

if burned components are on output stage or amplifier section on board..Then look at the oposite side of amp..Both amplifier section should be a mirror image oof componentc from other..that way you can know the values of parts. If they are on power supply section ..Then you might need manual if available..
