Code to read phone version :
- Phone without SIM
- Enter 277634#*# or 47328545454#
- Select 'SW Ver.info'
Code to reset phone :
- Phone without SIM

- Enter 277634#*# or 47328545454#
- Select 'Factory Reset'

In order to master reset your LG Shine when you forget your security code you need to access the engineer's menu which LG claims doesn't exist. The code is 277634#*# I just tested it on my shine and it works like a charm. It opens up the hidden menu and offers you 9 new features and one is reset all phone settings to default. Use that option and it will clear all forgotten pins.

This setting can be given only by your service provider..Call to customer care number and ask them internet and mms setting for your lg ke990....
