My lens on my exilm zoom ex-z60 wont retract and i dont know what to do, this isnt my camera and im freaking out. the screen keeps saying lens error. help fast please!!!
When I turn on my camera is says
"restart" so I shut it off and turn it on and then it says "lens error" and it shuts down the camera. It doesnt allow me 2 take any pictures.
-How can I get this fixed I didnt but it through casio!

My lens won't retract, but at times if I were to turn it off and on it will. The screen says lens error and just shuts the camera off with the lens still extended. Can you help?
If it is under warranty Casio can fix it for free. other wise you end up paying the labor/parts. Can become very costly. I suggest open the case and replace the plastic housing that hosts the saw wheels. Should fix the problem
