the scanner/copier bulb is real dim, I need to replace it but cannot find where to buy parts online or even a parts diagram for part number

Yeh I've been looking on craigslist. I found someone selling one for $55, not sure if it is used yet. anyway can you believe that Brother wants $102 for the part !! I paid 120 for the machine new !!

its cheaper to buy a new one.

You might find an 2nd hand mfc with a defective printhead. you can use this as a spare part.
