Hello there. try to look for the file in all music files. if not present download it again and read carefully where the phone is saving the file. if still not present. look for the file from a pc`s perspective (through usb) and if found make sure the file is supported by the mobile. if not make sure the file is supported by the mobile phone hope i helped

perhaps you may try if you haven't already to go into settings>sounds>and from there you will be able to see what you have your ringer volumes and other stuff set up. be sure to check ringtone type, volume, and alert. This should be able to help you. Then it depends on What ringtone you have set for them. I created a voice note and used it as a ringtone and for some reason it stopped working and now when my mama calls it just beeps letting me know I missed a call. Even though the other voice notes work fine as ringtones. I haven't changed it yet.
Most probably the pack CD would be having the required driver. If not, just get one from motorola.com Once motorola driver is installed, you can properly use the phone with your PC. If nothing works, let me know
I think you asked this before, ill copy and paste the answer from the other one
You need to install the motorola drivers. Do so by either going to
www.motox.info go to downloads section and install the .
Or you can even download Motorola Mobile Phone tools. If you dont use
mobile phone tools, make sure you go to connections, and check the mass
storage device as the connection method. If you need further
assistance, just check my profile.
