I received a full refund for this tv, Monday Oct 6, 2008. Thomson had a courier pick up this tv at my home 2 weeks ago. Just call the numbers I have left on this website. They will try to pro-rate tv or avoid paying you the taxes you paid, SO, DO NOT accept anything other than a Complete Refund + Taxes YOU PAID for this tv.
Sorry for your problem, contact the people you ordered the otter box from and cancel your order. You can also stop payment if you paid with a credit card, simply contact your credit card company, number is on back of card, and they will help you.
have you contacted the seller about the item that has not been recieved?
also paypal has a section for items not recieved, it's called the resolution center
just log in on paypal to your account
then down from the overview you'll see the resolution center just click on tab
it will take you to another page at report a problem click a dispute a transaction
& go from there

If you look on ebay, it says only pay by paypal/credit card as you may not get the item by money order/western union. Be more careful when purchasing on line...
I would email seller and ask for a tracking code. Let them know that you have not recieved the item yet. Wait at least a week more and if you still haven't recieved, then you can see if you and seller can work out a refund, etc.
