SOURCE: have samsung b3310 but can't receive or send pics on ATT

Try these they worked for me & I have the same phone:

MMS settings:
Menu --> Messages --> Settings --> Multimedia Messages --> MMS Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: AT&T MMS, Home URL: http://mmsc.cingular.com, check the box next to "proxy", IP Address: 66.209.11.32, Port: 80, Linger Time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, Bearer: GPRS then go to Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID: wap@cingulargprs.com, password: CINGULAR1 (case sensitive). Hit "save" twice, then "options" then "activate." This will activate your MMS so you can send and receive picture messages.

WAP settings:
Menu --> Internet --> Settings --> Browser Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: WAP Profile, Home URL: http://device.home, Proxy: check box, IP Address: 66.209.11.32, Port: 8080, Linger time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, GPRS --> Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM (case sensitive), Password: CINGULAR1 (also case sensitive). Hit "save" twice then "options" then "activate." This will allow you internet access.

Why WON'T my windows 8 ativ s send picture messages

Good luck. I spent a lot of time with Cricket tech support and got nowhere. The tech emailed me the parameters and I immediately noticed that she was feeding me Android information - despite my telling her many times that I had a Samsung ATIV S. Where do they get these people and how much value does Cricket (now ATT) place on their customers?

It may be a Samsung problem as you suggest but I don't think they'll be able to help either. They'd still need Cricket APN settings and then, good luck to Samsung.

How to open MMS

You need to configure the settings for mms. You can call your service provider and ask them to send you the configuration settings via SMS, once you have the settings saved in the phone thats the time that you can open the MMS that you recieved.

Dnt knw the process to open a mms

Hi, the process of opening MMS is very easy if you have activated MMS feature on your Cellphone.
When your phone receives any MMS message a link will be in the Inbox of SMS or MMS you just need to open the message as you would open an SMS. That's it. The MMS will be opened on your cellphone which you can save on your Cellphone. Please contact the network carrier of your cellphone to download the settings for MMS and to activate MMS on your Cellphone.

How do I set up ATT Internet connection in the United States?

at&t does not sell the M7500. You will most likely have to input the browser, mms and possibly the sms settings manually. If you go to www.wireless.att.com ,click support and choose a model close to what you have, you will next be taken to a page with a link to tutorials. Use the browser settings tutorial for internet, mms settings for picture messaging and so on. You need to have internet to send the pictures.
