you have received from opperator the 2 puk codes one are for unlocking fhone and the 2e are use for if you press 3 times the rong code than you can unlock phone see manual from provider for instuktions witch come with your phone chip
you have to contact you fhone provider. normaly wil the provider give the unlocking code after 1 year of contract then you have to give the imei number you can display it on the folowing command *#06# also on sticker under battery marked on fhone

Took the battery off from the phone and then put it back, switch on the phone and then for few second the mobile phone will not ask for passwrd. So with in that time u can reset your password.
