The problem is due to "wrapping". That is why you can't get your picture to stay where you want it to go. There are two ways to fix this. You can right click with your mouse on top of the picture and choose edit then find wrapping and select in front of text or behind text and then close it and this will make the picture stationary.

Or

You can open the picture ribbon at the top of the screen in the software and look for wrapping and change the setting to in front of text and this will also fix the problem.

How to print only one sheet at a time not all sheets

This can be a little tricky. If you haven't used any of the labels yet, simply put the address in the first label and simply print. The printer will print the address on the first label and all you have to do is remove it and put it in place. Next time you need to make another label, set up the program that you are going to use to print the label and once the "Avery 8168 Inkjet" label is on your screen just move the cursor to the second label (With Corel WordPerfect just hold the ctrl key and hit the Enter key) and print your return label. Using this procedure you can use one sheet of labels without having to print all labels at once or using a new sheet.

How do you import contacts

When you install Outlook 2010, it automatically converts the Personal Address Book that you used in an earlier version of Microsoft Outlook. Outlook 2010 then adds the converted data to your Outlook 2010 Contacts folder.

If Outlook 2010 does not automatically convert your Personal Address Book, you can import your Personal Address Book to Outlook 2010. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Start Outlook 2010.
  2. Click the File menu.
  3. Click Open, and then click Import. The Import and Export Wizard opens.
  4. Click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.
  5. Click Personal Address Book, and then click Next.
  6. Click Browse, locate the Personal Address Book that you want to import, and then click OK.

Note Earlier versions of Outlook assign a .pab file name extension to a Personal Address Book. By default, Outlook stores the Personal Address Book in the following folder: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
  7. Click Next.
  8. Click Finish to import the Personal Address Book.

Printing avery labels on epson workforce 630

My Epson XP-7100 would not print Avery labels no matter what settings I used for the paper, weight, format in the printer properties. So I used the PRINT function in Word and did "Microsoft Print to PDF". Then I used the resulting pdf and printed it onto the label sheet in my Epson XP-7100. Worked great.

Does seem that if Epson printers can't print using the label file in Word, that at least Epson would put a work-around solution on their website. I had to figure this one out on my own. Although it is easy and relatively quick to do, I took a lot of time to come up with a way to print my Avery labels. Epson, get on the ball!

Avery labels have an ID# that when entered into the Avery site will supply you with the page format for your Msoft Office software.

How do I Print Address Mailing Labels from Avery 300-Easy Peel White Mailing Labels, on Windows XP,CP?

You'll need the actual Avery code for this, or at least the correct measurements.
Open up Microsoft Word. Go to 'Tools' and find 'Letters and Mailings' in the list. Then off of that is 'Envelopes and Labels'. Click on that one and a box will pop up. If you click on 'Options'. From here you can find the correct label settings by the code which will be on the Avery pack. If you haven't got the code, you can scroll through the lists and highlight options to see the measurements but this will take you a while.
Once you chosen your labels, click on ok. Now you can enter your address in the box and print a whole page of the same address or click on 'New Document' and that will give you a page set out correctly for that label sheet.
