Upon startup after hard password reset, server...

After resetting the admin password via the reset hole on the back before power-on, machine status on LCD is stuck on "Working..."

If machine is powered on w/o admin password hard reset, LCD status is stuck on "Magnia SG-20" with the walking asterisk.

Please help!
