Behind the player there is the hold function key.Slide the hold function key opposite to the arrow and it will unhold the player.

On mine, I need to hold the timer/clock button in until it flashes '24 Hr'. Either press the button once more to change, or type in the time on the pad and click on the button again to finish.
Instead of asking a very vague question here, use Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, or just about any search engine. For example, if you cannot login to your facebook account, go to google.com and type in, "How do I retrieve my password for facebook?" or "login problems facebook." You'll get an answer almost immediately.

By rotating the HOLD switch in the direction of the arrow given on back side, all the buttons are inoperable. If you press buttons while the HOLD function is activated, “HOLD” and the current time appears in the display. If you rotate the HOLD switch to the opposite position, the HOLD function is released or canceled.
Please rotate the hold switch on the back side of your mp3 player opposite to the arrow mark given there.

Hey Man, To Solve This All You have to do is look on the left side of the player,(where the silver line is going around the outside), and push the hold switch towards the other direction.
hey same answer i put for the other one. on the side hold on the reset button for 5 seconds with a pen/pencil then turn it back on and it should work fine if not let me know
