Question about Cyberhome CH-DVD 300 DVD Player
Hi. Make sure that the DVD case is assembled correctly with all the screws nice and tight (not superman tight, just enough though). When the disk is picked up by the spinning device, it also comes in contact with a round plastic on the top of the DVD lid or case that helps the spinning process. These must be aligned so a crooked or loose DVD case will prevent good contact. If this is not the case, then there is a mechanical problem that can't be easily fixed. I wold suggest getting a new one as fixing it might just be as costly.
