Need a driver --- XP doesn't auto recognize

A computer tech in my department spent about 30 minutes but was finally able to get the S-video cable to work with my computer. He got the extended monitor to work first. The board under the mainboard plugs into the top board like a cartridge. You have to disconnect all the cables from the mainboard then pull up on board to detact it from bottom board then you should see lamp driver in the back. Make sure hands are clean from static. Good luck.

Mine did the same thing. The bulb is used up...replace the bulb. That fixed mine, working great again.

Disconnect all inputs to the BENQ and power on. Do the lights come on as per normal operation. Does the lamp come on when the power button is pressed. Does anything show when the menu is selected.
