drop the tank ... use a brass punch to loosen the ring ... to find/replace the pump.
the relay is operated by the computer ...
Check for volts on the outgoing side of the relay ...
check for signal on the input side
check the pressure regulartor ...
If you are still interested ... there is lots more to this. If you are getting weak knees ... remember after you drop the tank and remove the fuel pump ... you are stuck
i have a 93-lincoln town car one of the probelm was it had a bad motor and the other thing it was the window regulartor itself take the panel off and make sure there is some kind of lube on the tracks ask someone at the part store what to buy if you stop by your local lincoln dealership they will print you out a diagram for free showing you how it look inside wish you the best of luck Michigan Man.
