Question about Audio Players & Recorders
My twin grandchildren have been given these players and so far no one has been able to figure out how to download music to them. Can't seem to locate and owner's manual. Any suggestions?
Have found the only way to get files on to this one, unless there is another way, you need to use Windows Media Player, add to library, drag the file and start the sync.

You need to use DRM free mp3s on this player. When you insert the player into your usb slot it will automatically install this drivers needed. The drive will then show up as a removable drive under the "My Computer" section on your pc. You can copy and past unprotected mp3 files directly to this drive. No syncing needed. Just drag and Drop. Simple.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
