My husband recieved a digital photo keychain for fathersday.i installed the program and then plugged it into my usb port...when I clicked on the program it came up to turn the device on and do the update. Problem is nothing happens, I cannot turn the device on, the light does not come on at all. Is there a problem with the device itself? I followed the instructions by pressing and holding the (menu) button but nothing happened. also tried all the usb ports i have but still nothing. The biggest issue is my daughters went to edmonton at the beginning of june and bought it at a shoppers there. Wlive in winnipeg.
