I assume that you have installed Windows XP on your system. Follow the below mentioned steps to install the Audio Drivers.
Before installing audio drivers, you have to install Microsoft UAA Bus Driver for High Definition First you have to install the Microsoft UAA package. Click here OR here to download UAA
Then download Compaq C700 Audio Drivers
and install them. I hope this would install the drivers. Else, go to
the Device Manager and update the sound drivers from the folder named sp33867 located at C: Let me know if any further clarification/ assistance is required.

the one option is to restore your computer to the previous day if you formated and reinstalled windows this is not possible to restore click start click program accessories system tools click system restore it will ask you to if you want to restore computer to earlier time or you want to create a restore point click restore computer to earlier time click next you will see the calender in which some dates high ligtened click any highlightened date of previous day and click next it will restore the system to that day it will help you to recover the lost files
