Recently had my software on my Razr updated. When I look on the version it says 24.1_01.19.09. When I press the green send button to look at all calls my outgoing calls do not display (sometimes one may display, but it is at the bottom of the list). This used to work on the old software and I really like to be able to press the green send button and be able to scroll down and find a number I called recently if I need to recall that number. Please help.

to see what version u have take off the back cover and look under the battery. you can also call your service provider and read them your imei # they can tell u that way also. with this phone the software updates are auto, but go to "settings" then "software updates" from the menu. if this was helpful please mark it fixya
Correct, the closest thing on the Razr is the call barring and it only allows you to block calls by limiting them to ppl in your phonebook. The more advanced stuff you want to do would require switching to a PDA like the G1
I would definitely reset the phone, unless you can find a way to clear the text messages out before it crashes to the Main Menu. My guess is that you have a corrupted text message in your inbox, and it is crashing the software.
Resetting the phone will wipe out all of the data on it, so make sure you back it up first. If you have the Motorola Phone Tools, you may also want to try accessing the text messages or updating the phone software through it first.
