The product is listed as Win7 compatibile on the Windows 7 Compatibility Center. At that site, it says "no action required" so the drivers you need may be part of the Win7 OS. Try plug and play first. Otherwise try a Vista driver (just uninstall any non-working driver before trying another).

Hi Pipa, a code 10 usually refers to a faulty piece of hardware, meaning that there is no contact between hardware and pc, therefore the part may well be faulty.
This happens all the time first make sure you download the right drivers for your model for ex: d-link is have D-Link DWL-G122 vs1 or D-Link DWL-G122 vs2 make sure you download tthe right one. If you have Vista make sure you download (VistaBETA) if not download (WinXP, WinME, Win2K) also this product does not work on Mac os!
