The TV shows light green ring line on the screen.

My Tv shows light green ring on the screen when I trun on and stays there. Also it flickers and truns off and when I try to trun it back on at the same time, it turns on and off after a minute a two. In order for me to view the programs I have wait about an hour. In doing so I can still see the light green rings line on the screen. Could you please help me to solve this problem or suggest any remadies.

Take off the speaker grill and the particle board just behind it. You'll find a block with six knobs. The 3 bottom knobs can be adjusted ever so slightly to fix your problem. Do it very slowly. You wan to adjust the center knob for green. Turn it until the lines go away. But again, do it very slowly. You're adjusting the voltage to the green tube. Do it too fast and you can damage it.
