Acer AX3300-U1322 extremely slow

You most likely have a virus and malware infestation.

If you feel brave and want to try and remove them yourself then hit F8 several times at startup until the boot screen comes up, select boot into "safe mode with networking", download an arsenal of removers, and have at it.

The quickest and in my opinion BEST method would be to bring it to a computer shop the specializes in virus removal for a set price of $50 - $100. They will get rid of EVERYTHING bad and should have your computer back to you in a day or 2.

Run your anti virus and anti malware programs. If you do not have a anti malware program go to and download a free anti malware program. It sounds as if you have a virus on your computer
