FinePix A403 - when connecting

FinePix A403 - when connecting to a PC (running XP) sometimes the transfer wizard operates automatically (downloads images from camera to PC) whereas at other times a standard Windows menu is shown. In the latter case the FinePix option is not very helpful.

When the DSC mode is used can the connection wizard be set as default?
