Not staying cold all of a sudden

It's been working fine a little over a year and now all of a sudden it won't stay cold down to the preset temps. It is at 71 and sometimes goes down to 67 and that's it. I've cleaned out the bottow back and unplugged it 5 minutes to rset and so on. Nothing is working. What do I do?

My Danby cooler worked well for over a year, cooling to the 45-52 or so range it is supposed to.  Then I noticed the temp was in the 60s, and now in the 70s.  Definitely room temp.  I unplugged it for periods of 5 min to overnight but that didn't help.  Setting the temp by pressing the buttons didn't help either.  Seems that I am not alone with this problem.  HELP! please.

Won t stay running when first started. runs fine once its warmed up

This sounds like the temp sending unit for the ecm is bad. There are 2 temp sensors, 1 for the light/gauge and 1 for the ecm. The sensor sends a signal to the ecm to tell it engine temp, the ecm them adjusts fuel mixture for cold or warm engine. This works much the same way as the choke does on a carb for cold starts

2006 f150- temperature gauge stays cold but "check gauges" flashes in mini message center.

Since the temp gauge is not working correctly, you get the warning message.
Could be a faulty temp sensor or a problem in the wiring harness.

Rear hatch will not stay open when weather is cold, temps below 45 affect the vacuum on the rear hatch. works fine in warm weather

Those little shocks are gas charged, thus pressure increases in hot, and decreases in cold. Over the years they tend to seep, or leak a bit, thus, only work good in warm/hot weather. They have replacement ones at autoparts stores, and shouldn't be too expensive.

Does it happen to any other fixture? If not, it's most likely your shower valve and not heater.

My ac will not stay on when its at a certain temperture or auto. only if its in on position

this is correct because if you set it to certin temp. when it reaches that temp. it will shut down to prevent over cooling when the temp in the room goes up a preset amount 2-5 deg.(preset by manafatuer) the unit should go back on to drop the temp. to your set temp. Auto works the same way, where just on will cool to the temp the system can cool efficently.

Fridgedaire freezer not staying cold. I can

did anyone help you with this problem? i have a similar problem but my freezer works fine in the summer. it does not stay cold enough in the winter. i keep the frige in my garage as a spare but it's not very helpful when it doesn't work! a repair person told me it was too cold in my garage for the freezer to work...not sure why, the frige part works fine. i'm looking into a blanket insulator from appliance zone to see if that will help.

Washer is a top load set it hot water and starts with hot and then will go cold willnot stay on hot G E Profile ,model wwa8350g

most new washers sense water temp and will try to adj final tub water temp by alternately running cold or hot as needed ..most hot settings are not faucet temp but a predetermined temp so if your hot water is 140 degrees coming in the control will switch the cold on to bring final tub water temp down to preset ..which could be as low as 100 degrees the industry's way of energy conservation
