I cannot find your model, and wiring diagrams for Coleman are not easy to get. I think best solution is contacting Coleman and asking a copy of the service manual

How do I reconnect the capacitor?

Not easy to explain. The capacitor is split, it has two values, or like two capacitors connected internally with a center tap between them. Two capacitance values, maybe 5uf and 20uf, the lower value for the fan motor and the higher for the compressor, with terminals C-common, F-fan, M-compressor.
Capacitor terminal C is the center tap and that takes 3 connections, line (power) - fan line common to capacitor, and Compressor line common to capacitor. Notice the fan and compressor have a power line not common to capacitor, just power line.
Capacitor terminal F has one wire connecting to Fan terminal C, fan may have three or four terminal writes, two for power with one power being common to capacitor connection and the other power alone, two power connection wire leads. Fan motor third line is capacitor, connects to the capacitor alone. Four wire configuration fan motor is not likely your needs. Omit or ask again for further explanation.
Compressor is similar to fan, only with a capacitance value higher than for tha fan motor. Two power leads, one straight power, the other power lead connects to the capacitor power. The third compressor lead connects alone to the capacitor.
The with is to draw a diagram and level the colors of each lead and terminal lavels too. The motors nameplate may indicate wire color code, the a-c nameplate wiring diagram may be present in the control wron wiring compartment, the goal is to find clues or to trace each wire and verify what they connect or do, take notes on your drawing.
Basically the motor has three terminals, L1 - L2 - C, or C- S-R (Common, Start,Run)

When my heat comes on , the blower doesn't blow it just mummes. I can turn the fan by hand and it is free. the out side unit is working . Can it be the coil on top of the fan? It a Model EB17B Coleman

It certainly could be the motor capacitor; the oval metal can located on the blower housing.

These are fairly simple to test with a digital meter that measures capacitance. Also, if it is bulged or has a hole blown in it, you know it is bad. These are available at almost any appliance parts store locally or at Grainger.com

It also could be the motor relay (#12 in the manual)

You can download the furnace install manual and wiring diagram here:

Coleman Mach RV Airconditioner ? Compressor comes on but hum isn't quite rite. The T-stat doesn't make a click when adjusted either. Kids turned it down and back up too quick n blew something or is...

under the shroud there is a circuit board it has a fuse on it called F-1 this fuse starts the compressor through the thermostat.
the sound you are mistaking for the compressor is the AC fan
yes you can jump the thermostat as it only has 12 volts on the wires
if you start capacitor was bad it would be buldged on the top of it's can and, probably leaking electrolyte

Coleman Rooftop AC fan stops after 7 or 8 minutes of running. Will turn on again after about 10 minutes on its own.

Remove green (fan run) wire from thermostat, and connect to red wire (power) and see if fan runs, and if it will stay running. That will by-pass thermostat to see if it is problem. If it continues to run, thermostat is problem. If that doesn't cure it, I'd remove cover up top and with power off at circuit breaker, blow compressed air in to motor air holes to make sure it's getting proper air for cooling, as well look for small plastic plug on housing where oil can be added ( few drops) to lubricate motor. Leave cover off and try fan to see if that may help. If at all possible, a clamp on amp meter will confirm if motor or relay is at fault if none of these suggestions help. If amp draw at motor too much, motor may be seizing when warmed up from running. test draw when first started and after running for amount of time that it usually quits, and if noticeable difference, motor is seizing and needs replace. You can also test amp draw at main 120v feed wiring with unit just in fan mode.

A/C thermostat working, squirrel cage fan assembly working but circuit breaker in R/V interrupts when compressor starts refrigeration. Can I get a diagram showing how to remove the unit from the roof of...

It may just be your compressor start capacitor that needs replacing. If not experienced working with capacitors, I must warn you to handle with insulated pliers at the very least as they can give a ZAP of 300 + volts even when disconnected from power. Give me your model number but don't take unit off the roof yet, it may be fixable right where it is. Be sure to shut breaker etc off before removing cover on roof.

Compressor draws 50 amps on start and drops out? Mod. 700-800 about 10 years old.

Most likely bad motor. 50 amps is way to much at start. Motor locked up.Nameplate may contain LRA rating which stands for locked rotor amps. If you near or above motor is seized.

Fan will not start on it's own

The fan only has one capacitor. The other two are for the compressor, one is a start capacitor and the other a run capacitor. A schematic should be on your fan motor telling you witch two wires run to the start capacitor for the fan motor.
