Question about Linksys Wireless-G WRT54G Router
Thank you for your help. Yes, my connection worked before, for 4 months then it quit working. I've already tried your best solution and it doesn't work. However if I plug my modem directly into my computer it works fine. If it's a problem with my network, how do I fix that? Can you help with this too?
Thanks again, for helping.
My suggestion would be to consult whomever initally set up your network as some of the wireless settings may not be setup or working correctly. Alternativly you may want to get quick setup guide (you can get it from linksys's site if you do not have it anymore. Make sure you print it out as you will be offline and then you may want to reset the settings on your router to do this find on the back of the router there is a settings button, using a paperclip or pen tip hold this in for 30 seconds and let go, the router will blink and reset it self for the next 20 seconds. then connect your computer to the back of the router using a network cable and follow your quick setup guide to get back on. This should get you back up and running. If all else fails contact linksys support for help.
