You will have to re-install the software for the phone or have the settings restored to factory default. Is the phone on? Can it be utilised or is it still on where you are required to "log in"? If its on, then you can have the issue resolved with nokia software updater and the pc suite application, download it from www.nokia.com

in settings you have option called as RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS ,but yu put that all the datas wil go. and the phone comes to inital setting when you bought the phone. then the default lock code will be 0000 or 1234
If it is brand new the lock code is usually 0000. Another default used for lock codes is the last 4 numbers in your phone number. Also try taking the battery out and pushing in the reset button on your phone, this may make your lock code revert to a original code like 0000 or the last 4 of your cell number. If none of these work and you know for sure you had set your own lock code the it will be necessary to take the phone to your provider to have it reprogrammed. Hope this helps :)
