Sync ipod (by 3 users)

I am having problems sync my ipod. I would plug ipod up and it would say sync but it will not place new music on the ipod. Whats the problem? Thanks

unable to read ipod and wont sync and when it does it freezes not able to add any new music to ipod

i have the same problem it says sync complete than ok to disconect. But when i do no music has been added.
