I have LG refrigerator LSC27950, there is ice in the icemaker& when I press the lever I hear humming noise for water and clicking noise for ice, but no ice or water are dispensing?

The error code dH on your LG refrigerator is indicating a water supply problem. This could be caused by a few different issues:
  1. Clogged or frozen water line: The water line supplying the icemaker and water dispenser may be clogged or frozen. This can prevent water from flowing to the icemaker and dispenser. Check the water line and make sure that it is not clogged or frozen.
  2. Water inlet valve: The water inlet valve that supplies water to the ice maker and dispenser may be faulty or clogged. This can prevent water from flowing to the icemaker and dispenser. You can check the water inlet valve and make sure it is functioning properly or if it is clogged.
  3. Water filter: A clogged water filter can prevent water from flowing to the icemaker and dispenser. If your refrigerator has a water filter, make sure that it is not clogged and has been replaced recently.
  4. Water pressure: If the water pressure is too low, it can prevent water from flowing to the icemaker and dispenser. Make sure that the water pressure in your refrigerator is adequate.
You should first try to check the water line, water inlet valve, water filter, and water pressure. If none of these solutions work, please contact a professional technician or LG customer service to diagnose and fix the problem.

Washer (Inglis IM4200) fills up and doesn't stop filling even when full... what can I do?

Usual method is a small bore tube from the bottom of the washtub to a low pressure switch so the brain knows when the water level is correct and stops the fill.

It isn't unusual for the tube to become clogged with soap residue and limescale and flooding is the result. Sometimes the switch develops a fault and sometimes a wire falls off.

When i close lid it just makes humming noise and wont start

If washer hums but doesn't fill, water isn't getting to washer check screens where fill hoses connect to washer. Screens may be blocked. If washer fills then hums check to make sure belt is on. Tip machine up to view belt underneath.

My Electrolux washer will not drain water or fill water, it will spin. It is also making a humming noise

You need to check for the Humming noise as this can be the indicator to the problem, if this comes from the motor then the capacitor is faulty. Failure to switch on the INLET and the DRAIN pump can be related to fault in the control panel or this can also be due to faulty electric line voltage on the outlet.. So please check this out.
Also check the inlet and drain filters for clogging as a clogged drain pump can also hum.

Model 57051A0ww does not drain (humming noise). Drains manually when hose lowered.

I'm not familiar with the model number and you have not supplied a manufacturer, however, this is almost certainly a simple problem with your empty pump filter being clogged. The empty cycle is timed and if it can't get all the water out in time because the filter is blocked and slowing the empty down, then it will fail safe and won't step on to the final spin cycle with excess water in the drum.
You need to locate and clean the filter. Depending on the model, there is probably a round filter cap on the front of the machine at the bottom (It may be behind a small door or hidden behind a clip on panel on the bottom) Many models of this design also have a small hose to the right of the filter cap that you can pull out, remove a plug from and drain off any water in the filter before you remove the filter and get your floor wet, so take a look for this before you remove the filter and get soaked.

i would first try to see if water is clogged at the bottom of unit.then i would check the drain hose to make sure it is not clogged. your drain pump may be clogged with something in it.if you hear it humming it is probably good but,it is alsoprobably clogged. let me know is this was helpful with 4 thumbs up

I have an Inglis Soundblock II Dishwasher. The

It could be that the machine isn't filling properly with water- which could be a faulty or clogged water inlet valve. I'm not quite familiar with Inglis, but if you still have the manual, check and see if there is a way to adjust the amount of time the water valve stays open at the beginning of the cycle.

Or just add a liter or so of water at the beginning of a cycle and see if that helps- but make sure you add it after you hear the soap dispenser open- the beginning of most wash cycles is a quick rinse cycle, so any water you add will only be in there for a couple minutes before the machine drains and attempts to refill.
