You can't use the flash in macro mode. Macro mode is for taking pictures of objects close to the camera.

To switch out of macro mode, slide the switch on the left of the camera, just above the USB port, away from the flower icon toward the mountain icon.

When I try to turn my flash on it says macro mode, What is this and how do I fix it?

Macro mode is for taking pictures of subjects very close to the camera. In this mode the flash is disabled.

Without knowing the model of your Digital Concepts camera I can't tell you how to take it out of macro mode. If there's a button on the back marked with a flower icon, press it. Otherwise look in the menu.

I can not change settings, for example, no flash to flash. When I go to take picture "Digital Macro" appears momentarrilly on display.

You're in the macro mode. Macro mode is for close-up shooting, and the flash is disabled in this mode.

Set the camera to the shooting mode (set the mode switch to the camera position). Press the FUNC/SET button. Use left/right to select a different mode and press FUNC/SET.

All photos I take have suddenly become blurred on my vivitar Vivicam 8225

The reasons why Photos get blurry might not always be an issue with the lens. Here are a few things you should consider -
1) Check if the Battery of the Camera is fully charged. This can hugely effect the outcome of your pictures.
2) Make sure the Memory Card is not full.
3) Check for the Macro or Normal mode. To do this, simply check the top of the LCD Screen. If you find a "Flower" Icon, then the camera is set into Macro mode. To change this, press the OK/Menu button. Find the Macro menu and press up/down to make Macro Off and Normal (Mountain Icon) to On. The camera is now changed into Normal Mode and a Mountain/Pyramid icon should be there at the top of your screen.
4) Try increasing the resolution. Again press the OK/Menu button and press Right/Left until you find a "Lines" icon. Press the Down/Up arrow to choose the resolution. 8M is the highest. Press OK to confirm.
Note - Higher the resolution, better the picture quality but lesser the number of pictures you can save.
5) Check if there is a Crossed Thunder Bolt icon on the LCD screen. If you find one, the flash has been turned off. To turn it on, press the Up/Thunder Bolt. A Crossed Arrow with an A should appear. This indicates the Camera has been set to auto Flash.

Hope the images get better with these tips. You can always call Sakar International at 877-397-8200

The CD that came with the camera will not load onto my computer. I need an instruction manual. I did figure out how to take, delete, ect. but for some reason the flash will not turn on and I get a message...

The flash will not fire in macro mode because macro mode allows you to get close to your subject. Get out of macro mode by pressing a button with a picture of a flower on it or by it.

PowershotSD750 Focus More

Press the left mode-wheel (the side with the flower and mountain icon) until you see the flower (macro) icon in your screen. You're now set to focus on close-in objects, such as type. When you want to switch back, press the left side of the mode wheel once more until you see the mountain icon. You're now set to focus on more distant objects.
