My printer shows up E2 paper out but there is penty of paper in the tray.

Hi,

Looks like the main roller is broken, there are mainly two rollers in the printer to feed the paper in, if one of them brakes can cause this problem, Changing the roller will fix the problem.

Hope this helps, please rate and leave a comment, thanks!

Paper red light is blinking and it won't print but there's paper in the printer. I had to pull out 2 pieces of stuck paper earlier.

You may encounter a paper jam while working with your Brother printer. You need to be cautious while feeding the paper to your printer. Paper jams are often obvious, but you might come across a situation when you do not get any indication that the paper has jammed up the printer. In such cases, you need to open your printer and visually inspect it to search for the jammed paper. If the rollers of your printer are leaving marks on the printouts, then there is a need to clean them. Using chemical cleaners such as benzine, thinner, or alcohol to clean the rollers might prove hazardous to your printer.

Paper won't feed through printer. (Lexmark X2690). Can't see anything stuck in printer. Paper won't go down past rollers, but I can't see down inside etc

Loading paper and original documents
1. Make sure:
• You use paper designed for inkjet printers.
• If you are using photo, glossy, or heavyweight matte paper, you load it with the glossy or printable side facing you. (If you are not sure which side is the printable side, see the instructions that came with the paper.)
• The paper is not used or damaged.
• If you are using specialty paper, you follow the instructions that came with it.
• You do not force paper into the printer.

2. Before loading paper the first time, slide the paper guides out toward the edges of the paper support.
3. Load the paper vertically in the center of the paper support, and adjust the paper guides to rest against the edges of the paper.

My printer pulls the papper half way to print and then it sound if it was printing but the papper doesn't move i already restarted it unistall the program n reinstall and it still does the same thing

check paper path with test print
right click printer icon go to properties click test print

can you see and remove the jam in paper path Check rollers for slick coating on them they are soft rubber and can get glazed so to speak

remove all parts that you can including paper drawer recheck the paper slot adjustments
sounds simple fix just recheck the paper path for jam or glazed rollers

Paper twisted while entering printer rollers and is jammed. How can I get it out?

Try to turn off the printer, open the compartment and check the roller. try to pull the paper and at the same time flip the roller in such a way that the paper will move out. If it is jammed and crumpled like what I exactly experienced earlier, remove the paper as fast as you can.

Turn on the printer, wait for the inkjet devices in a neutral position. Then insert the paper and start printing again. If it didn't work, try to hold the tip of the paper in horizontal manner while printing and make sure you remove the entire paper before the next page prints itself...

Error message says"out of paper" when paper tray is fully loaded

check and make sure that the paper is in near the rollers enough that it senses the paper and picks it up. try lightly pushing the paper down toward the rollers as it is suppose to pull one sheet through the feeder. hopefully, you didnt pull too hard on getting the 'jammed' paper out that it may have caused a misalignment in the feeder. try assisting the paper, that usually fixes it. hope this helps!

E240 LEXMARK WON'T PULL PAPER FROM TRAY 2

Try pulling out the tray and looking for the feed rollers that pull the paper up into the printer. The 2 rollers should have rubber "shoes" on them (they look like thick black rubber bands). Remove these roller "shoes", turn them inside-out, and put them back on the rollers. This worked for me, maybe it will work for you too.

EPSON STYLUS PHOTO R 200

THE ROLLERS THAT PULL THE PAPER THROUGH SEEMS TO BE MESSED UP. WE HAVE TO REPEATEDLY RE-ADJUST THE PAPER, THE RED LIGHT FLASHES, OVER AND OVER AGAIN BEFORE IT FINALLY PULLS THE PAPER IN TO PRINT. ARE THE ROLLERS SHOT? DO WE NEED A NEW PRINTER?

Try cleaning the feed rollers. these are the rubber wheels that actually contact the paper and pull it through. If they get dirty, their grip on the paper will be less than adequate. Just use some clean water, or perhaps some rubbing alcohol, and a clean rag to wipe them thoroughly.
