Scanner failure-does not print from any program

scanner failure is a hardawre problem. try to copy again and check if the scanner light is on. once the scanner light is not working then try to return your printer in the store that you have purchased it.

hello , there are two solutions to ya problem..

1)...download a free program called IRFANVIEW..this allows you to manipulate pictures / view /print and scan...excellant.

2) runtime errors on xp...alwasy lead to same fault....MSCOREE.DLL ...is missing from your systemfiles runtime libraries folder.

try scanning from your printer/scanner program on the computer. My scanner will not work stand alone, but does work this way

I think your printer has been, for some time now, trying to tell you something and the scanner failure message
is the last in a series of messages.

this is the connectivity problem. try complete Uninstallation and then reinstall it.

Hi, I'll give your situation a "stab in the dark" solution. It sounds like you are in the final stages of "scanner system failure". The beginning stages usually limits the all-n-1 to print only i.e., no scan and no fax but you may have such a severe scanner bulb situation that is preventing the print function and may be causing hazardous conditions within your printer and it will do nothing to prevent further harm or damage. Can you describe your situation a bit more detailed?

The only thing I can surgest is that you check installed programs I found that the 750 is very fussy about being the only kid on the block. Maybe worth trying a commercial program that says it will remove "junk" from your hard drive

It could be the bulb. Sometimes disassembling the scanner and thoroughly cleaning the glass and mirror will help.
