Discovery Channel Ultimate Planetarium: When using the "night mode" setting, the device begins to move toward its proper position, lights up properly, then inverts itself without clear purpose, stops at the inverted position, declares: "caution: returning to home position," grinds around a bit, returns to the upright position, turns off its light, and halts. The "device" I am referring to is the dual projector sphere (northern hemisphere / southern hemisphere) which is mounted on a movable pivot arm like an actual Zeiss planetarium projector. Cool design, bizarre malfunction, no manual available. Any idea how to reset it, before I take the whole thing apart and try to realign the gear positions? Many thanks.

Doesn't anyone have a manual for the planetarium??

well, after looking awhile. It must be buried somewhere. HOWEVER, you could possibly buy it on the Goodwill site. If it is still available. You would have to buy another device and get the instruction manual with it! Sounds like gold eh? Well, it all costs just 5 bucks +2 buck admin fee. So if you want that here is the link.

I need clear step by step instructions on how to transform the transfomer ultimate bumblebee from robot mode to car mode

Preparing For Transformation
  • Begin with the action figure fully transformed into Bumblebee. Face the figure toward you and bring his arms down to his sides and push his legs together. The figure should end up with all parts parallel to one another. At this point push the legs up toward Bumblebee's chest. The legs will slide upward so do not bend them.
  • Creating the Hood
  • With Bumblebee's legs secured, use your finger to lift under his chest plate, bringing what will be the hood of the car upward while the windows of the car will shift 90 degrees downward. Now bring the arms of the action figure straight up.
  • Final Transformation
  • The final step to transforming Bumblebee back into a car is to take the arms that are pointing up and bring them forward while also moving them toward the center of the figure. Notice the shoulders of Bumblebee have a rotating joint. This is what is used to guide the arms into place. Do not force them or the arms will break off, instead keep them moving until they firm into place, leaving no parts of the figure moving freely. Flip Bumblebee over and he will be in his car form.

Ice formed on outside of line!

try running the air conditioner in defrost mode. set the temperature to warmest while air conditioner is on, for about two minutes. then slowly move the lever towards cold, all the while having the vent set on outside air. once you move it toward cooler, move the vent switch towards recirculate from outside air.

when you have it on defrost, open the engine hood and push the air conditioner button. watch the lines and see if they begin to build frost. if not, move the slider toward cold a little bit at a time while watching the lines to see if they begin to build frost. if they do start to build frost at any point after running the defroster in A/C mode for a bit, you can always try positioning the temperature control towards the middle or run only the outside instead of recirculating vent.

How do I pair my HFS100 with my new apple iphone

On your phone, make sure bluetooth is turned on (settings, general).

While your phone is in discovery mode, turn your bluetooth device on and put it in discovery mode (usually you have to hold the power button for 7-10 seconds).

Your phone will find the device, and you will be prompted to enter the devises PIN number (often 0-0-0-0). Your phone should pair with the device then.

    Shooting modes

The shooting modes are as follows: PROGRAM (P)/AUTO Modes. Used for general photography. The camera automatically makes the settings for natural color balance. In PROGRAM AUTO (P) the brightness (exposure compensation) can be adjusted. Portrait. Suitable for taking a portrait-style photo of a person. The camera automatically sets the optimal shooting settings to produce natural skin tones. Landscape + Portrait. Suitable for taking photos of both your subject and the landscape. This setting allows both the foreground subject and background landscape to be in focus. Landscape. Suitable for taking photos of landscapes and other outdoor scenes. The camera automatically sets the optimal shooting settings to produce vivid blues and greens. Night and Portrait. Suitable for taking photos of your subject in the evening or at night. Since the shutter speed is slow, it is advised that you use a tripod to support the camera in this mode to help avoid blur from camera shake. Night Scene. Suitable for shooting pictures in the evening or at night. The camera sets a slower shutter speed than is used in normal shooting. If you take a picture of a street at night in any other mode, the lack of brightness will result in a dark picture with only dots of light showing. In this mode, the true appearance of the street is captured. The camera automatically sets the optimal shooting settings. If you use the flash, you can take pictures of both foreground subjects and the background. It is advised that you use a tripod to support the camera in this mode to help avoid blur from camera shake. Sports. Suitable for capturing fast moving action without blurring. Even a fast moving object will appear to be stationary. Self Portrait. Enables you to take a picture of yourself while holding the camera. Point the lens toward yourself and the focus will be locked on you. The camera automatically sets the optimal shooting settings. The zoom is fixed in the wide position and cannot be changed. Movie Mode. Enables you to take a QuickTime movie.
