Why did my speakers in my 2004 honda civic stop working

hi,its possible the internal stereo amp has packed up or someones blown the speakers by playing it too loud,or as above ,check the mute button first.
if its not the mute button, get an old speaker off a house stereo and connect the wires to where the car speaker is connect and see if get any sound, this way you will know wether the stereos working or not,if you get sound, then its a speaker problem, thanks for using fix ya

2001 honda civic ex stereo wiring diagram or color code

Sorry, I don't have the right diagram, but I will walk you thru finding the color code.
Connect a test light or voltmeter to ground and probe each terminal with the key off.
The one that has power is called hot and is used to maintain your station presets.
Turn the key on, and you will find another terminal. That is the accessory wire that powers the radio.
Next, hook the test clip to the hot terminal and probe the terminals again. The wire that yields a voltage will be the ground--It's probably black

I need code for estereo HONDA CIVIC EX MODEL 99,

HONDA do not make radios .They only affix their badge ontoradios made by the large manufacturers (ALPINE , BLAUPUNKT etc). First try https://radio-navicode.honda.com/ If the above suggestion is not successful ,then unfortunately the code will not be availablefor free (or cheap ) from anywhere onthe Internet. Will only be available from your Main HONDA Dealer or a Radio DecodingService

I need the stereo code for a 2003 Honda Civic with serial #24246670. I bought the car used and there are no stickers in the glove compartment or anywhere else and the original card with the code is not...

Hi,

If you bought the car second hand from a Honda dealer, there is a way to obtain the code for free as Honda are one of the few manufacturers to provide support to customers on this issue for free. Your personal details must be registered with Honda for it to work though.

For more information on this please view this FixYa Tip

If you bought your car privately or through a non Honda dealer, the only other option is to try one of the online unlocking services found through Google or wait until Monday when the dealer opens again.

Hope it helps. Thanks for using FixYa.

Certain Bluetooth's arent compatible with certain phones , if it does not link with your phone then you have to find something compatible, or try the Apple store and see whats compatible as a headset.

Good luck.
