San disk stuck in slot

Hi,
I own a Fuji S7000 which had a new Sandisk CF card (512 MB) inserted into the CF with the name of the CF disk facing the camera as per the instruction manual. I wish to now remove it some 4 years later. The release button beside the CF slot does not push down, or move at all and the card will not release and come out. Any solutions please? Thank you.
