How to unlock orientation on iphone 5

This depends if you are running iOS 6 or iOS 7

On iOS 6:
Double click the home button, slide to go left on the bar that appears (called the Multitasking tray), then tap the Curved arrow on the left.

On iOS 7:
Slide up from the very bottom of the screen, then tap the curved arrow.

Cancel will leave the screen & cannot move the arrow of the slide to power off will not move, the time is still working

Try Turning It Off And On .
If That Doesn't Work .
Try Connecting To Itunes And Seeing If It Does Have An Error That Will Come Up .
If Not, Hold The Home And Lock Button .
This Should Help Unless You Have Done Something To Damage Your Screen.

My iphone screen is frozen. When I tried to reset the phone by powering it off, It wont allow me to slide and poweroff. the touch part is not working at all

All you need to do is to force restart/reboot it. To do that, you must press both the POWER and HOME buttons together for around 3 to 5 seconds or until the Apple logo shows up.

I got a new ipod 8GB for Christmas. It is frozen and I have tried pressing top button with start button simultaneously. The battery comes up then the slide arrow that says slide to unlock but arrow won't...

You may need a new touch screen as yours seems to be messed up in some way. Try pressing the home button twice when the slide to unlock screen comes up. Hope this helps!

My bottom screen wont work on my iphone and wont slide to unlock how to fix

Ensure that you are using a recommended screen guard. Check for damages on the touch screen. Be sure that you are using your finger and not a pen or something. If none of these things work take it to the nearest apple store for repair.

I dropped my iphone and now the unlock slide doesnt work

It looks like you need a new LCD/digitizer which you canreplace yourself. Here's a guide on how to disassemble an iPhone. Maybe a tech savy friend can do it for you. If you want to have somebody else do it for you there are third party iPhone Repair Services.

IPhone touch screen not working

I have the same exact problem. I dropped mine, and it landed half on concrete, half on a piece of foam board, and when I got to shut mine off, it will slide to power off, but will not slide to do anything else. Everything works perfectly fine, people calling me, texting me, nothing is broken or cracked, I can't even unlock mine, it's stuck and it's making me very upset! I want an answer as to what I can do and or can't do.
