Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I followed the solution offered Susan 777 and it did not work for me. My son changed the settings in my phone and I can no longer send text messages. It goes through the process of sending, only to say unable to send - in Outbox to retry later. When I go to the Outbox and check the status, the message will say "sending in progress." Ultimately, I get the message Sending Failed - Status: 96. I am truly frustrated because I was texting this morning with no problem and now I cannot. In need of expert advice.
Contact your mobile carrier customer care line and have them correct the issue or take the phone into the store
