you can download one easy, write in baa928u on google, it will bring up Oregon Scientific user guide, it says safemanuals on the web heading, that will take you to diplodocs, just scroll down on that page on the right side a little and you will see the small words in red that say download user guide, I just did it it was all there and pretty easy to do. A Russell Hobbs 10661 is an espresso maker - not aware of a Vacuum cleaner with that model number . Are you SURE you have the model number correct?
