Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I cant hear the other person when they call but they can hear me what is the problem how can i fix this

It seems that the earpiece speaker of your phone is damaged. You might need to get it replaced. It is recommended to get it fixed by some technician because dissembling this phone is not an easy task, but in case you want to have the instructions on how to dissemble and reassemble it, leave a comment and I shall assist you.

No volume for rings/texts

take the back cover off and see if the black mesh material is intact and still covering the internal speaker. blow out the speaker area if you can, and take your battery out of the phone and leave it out for about 20 minutes. put it back in and verify that your volume is all the way up, and its on the LOUD setting. also, try using a different ringtone, or just a differend sound all together......if you can, use a flashlight to shine through the mesh material that covers the internal speaker ( on the back of the phone, behind the back cover, to the left of the flash and lens) and try to see if it atleast APPEARS intact.......another thing you can try, would be to call that phone, and while the phone is ringing, place it up against your ear, without the back cover on the phone, and see if you can hear anything at all.

if this does not work, then you either have a bad speaker, or a bad conenction. either way, you need to take the phone back to the store and have them take it apart and inspect it, or just have them send it back to the manufacturer for repairs.......and enjoy the piece of **** phone that they give you to use in the mean time....sorry about the joke, but thats the way they usually do it......especially t-mobile....

My sidekick lx speaker wont work

unfortanetly the device uses smd components and very small form factors to rteplace componanets. good news is many people had this issue and many people got their phones replaced. for free just tell them that you did not drop it or damadge it and it stopped working for no aparent reason, they suld honor that and help you out.

People can't hear me during calls (T-Mobile Sidekick 2)

You can try using your left toggle button push down until you see turn on speaker phone highlighted in blue or use scroll key and just click on it and it works much better. If not try turning phone around and putting speaker to ear and then mic should pick you up but i have found in the last 3 hrs i have had this one speaker phone is easier for this big device.Well hope that helps, good luck.

the sounds that comes from the sk2 is the speaker on the back not the earpiece. You need to replace your earpiece. Its called a D-Pad for the sk2. You can get one off ebay if your lucky and replace it yourself. its real simple.
