Just had an ultrasound to rule out rotator cuff injury
Need to wait due to Easter break for scan to be accessed
thinking if not rotator cuff then maybe a nerve being pinched by back bone joint or muscle tightness causing it
may try osteopath if my G.P. can't see anything in Ultrasound scan

Pain in shoulders

image-aqwqsbv5ypjcpinr03qhgqbv-1-0.jpg Hello Friend,
Sorry to hear about your shoulders, as feeling pain is no fun yet a very important tool for your body to have and use in telling us that something is out of balance.
A few things to know ...
1) Your Body ALWAYS tells the truth and absolutely no one knows your body better than you!
2) Yet if there is doubt then by all means seek the suggestions of a trusted health professional.
In helping your shoulders it is important to understand that they are connected to your hips. If your hips are off then everything else will be off too. There's Universal Health Tip #1 .... Stretching ... Stretch Stretch Sssttttrrreeetttccchhh
every day. We all know how to stretch yet have not necessarily been taught to do so as a consistent and wholistic health maintenance plan. Enclosed in this referral link are exercises to help with your shoulder.

Regardless what you have been told, osteoarthritis is a result a RAGING mineral deficiency ... so your body is feeding on your own bones to get the minerals it needs!

Ever heard of Dr. Joel Wallach, or his publication, "Dead Doctors Don't Lie"? Listen to the whole thing on YouTube.com, and start eating 6-10 SOFT SCRAMBLED eggs per day, and take some glucosamine sulphate!

I have a lucency in iliac bone i had bone taken from somewhere close i have bad pain and swelling in soft tissue but they took the bone twenty years ago it is really having a bad impact in my life

If you are seeing a lucency in the iliac bone, then it seems you are seeing a doctor to get this far! I would be certainly concerned if an osteoclastic lesion is found in the iliac bone in the absence of some history.
A second opinion is always in order if you feel you are not getting anywhere!
