If you notice the dishwasher is dead, then most likely the thermal cut off has triggered. This is to prevent the dishwasher when there is an overheating of the heater or the motors.

You will need to provide the full model number of the dishwasher to help find the problem.

Wii no longer turns on! no power??

  1. Unplug the Wii AC adapter at both ends (from the back of the Wii system and from the wall outlet or power strip).
  1. The AC adapter must remain unplugged at both ends for a full two minutes.
  1. Unplug anything connected to the USB ports and the Nintendo GameCube Controller ports (such as LAN Adapters, keyboards, Nintendo GameCube controllers, etc.).
  1. Check the AC Adapter for the following:
  • Make sure that the word "Wii" and the model number "RVL-002 (USA)" are molded into the AC adapter. Unlicensed products are not fully compatible and may not work correctly.
  • Check the AC Adapter for physical damage. Physical damage, such as frayed wiring or a cracked housing can cause the system to shut down. If the AC Adapter shows signs of physical damage and needs to be replaced, a replacement can be purchased from Nintendo's online store.
  1. After waiting two minutes, plug the AC adapter into the Wii system and directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector or power strip. If the power light comes on and stays on, then the AC Adapter reset was successful.

Hp psc 1205 all-in-one The system has stopped working, i have checked wires are plugged in, changed the fuse etc but it doesn't seem to recognise any power input. Is it likely to be the lead from the...

Its just the issue with the Power supply.

You can check

1. Try some other wall outlet

2. You will see that there is a power supply of black color, the plug from wall outlet is coming to that box and then from there its going to the printer, so check whether the wires are plugged in well in the power supply.

If everything is well then we can try power drain

1. unplug the plug from the wall outlet, unplug the power cable from the back of the printer and if you can unplug the cable from the power supply do that too

2. Unplug the USB cable from the back

3. leave it for 3 to 5 minutes and then try again.

If that also did not help then, try to get some power supply from your neighbor or friend make sure its of PSC 1200 series and try that.

Hi!!

Did you plugg unit back to the wall outlet?? Is that outlet working??? Did the plug got damaged when disconnected?? Check unit's power cable for continuity. Check freezer temp. controls.

You can plug and unplug your unit as many times as you want an you should not have any problems.. Check the above mentioned items, I think it is where your problem resides.

Frigidaire Micro made an odd noise and now it does not work!

Probably due to a loose screw or clip connection where the wires connect to the outlet's terminals.

These must be tight, especially for high-current loads like microwave ovens.

Loose connections can lead to serious or dangerous overheating.

I would say the reason the microwave made it blow was that the microwave's outlet is probably fed by (daisy-chained with) the outlet that blew.

If so, this is not really a good idea.

A high-current load (microwave, freezer, fridge, etc.) should ideally be on its own breaker / fuse with no other items on the same power line.

HP PSC 1510 All in one

Hello Seally,
There are 4 options available.
1. Make sure you are connecting the printer directly to the wall outlet. (Not to a surge protector or a multiple connector).
2. Check with the power adapter (power module) that connects the printer to the wall outlet. If there is an LED on the Power adapter, make sure it is glowing, and if LED not present, please switch on the power and see if the power module warms up.
3. Check the cable from the power adapter to the printer.
4. In some cases, you may also try connecting the printer to some other power outlet. (In case you suspect the wall outlet as the culprit).

If all the above are fine, you need to check up with the printer (It may require a service from a technicial or you may replace it if the printer is still in warranty)
