Wont play says loading then goes back 2 saying no dvd

Return it,the DVD player have problems.It warrenty 1 year.So u have the right to exchange it for a different one.

I just paid 30 dollaes to have a teck say that the laser was no good! they said a new laser would cost 250!!!! ya right! hope this helped u.

Laser is off track, weak, or just bad. any way it goes it needs to go to the repair shop.

try cleaning the lens first.then load a disk.try a different disc like VCD, CD etc.if only the DVD's are not read, the lens and the mainboard itself is faulty.but, if after cleaning it, it goes ok ,then its just dirty.

Sounds very much like you have a either a dirty laser, or a laser unit failure. Put a cleaning disc through the machine, and see if it improves. If not, then you need to either have a new laser fitted, or a new machine.

Hi, sorry to have break it to you but your self diagnosis was correct! It is a 'normal' DVD player that upscales and will NOT play HD discs.

cuse it aint hd dvd ready or blue ray ready ok al it is is a upconvertoing player makes reg dvd look good ok

play audio cd .if it plays and cannot play dvd disck or game disc ,you have to change optical lens assembly. It shoud be 400c or 400b or 400r

Try playing Different DVDs, Second Make sure which Region Disk your playing is it Region 1 or Region 2, If your DVD player is Manufactured in USA it plays only Region 1, If its manufactured in UK it plays only Region 2, If still you face same problem Use Lens Cleaner, If still you face same problem do Reset.
To Reset Dvd player, Remove DVD from Dvd Player, Unplug Power chord from Walloulet for 15minutes so player goes to Defult Factor Settings, Then plug back again Power chord. Turn on Dvd player insert DVD, It should Play or else Claim Warranty.
