just purchased an ICE-25. No manual or recipe instructions

In this event will be returning the macghine from whence it was purchased. No use to me without the where with all to use it with

Go to this web site <www.makeicecream.com/icecreammaki.html> and down load the correspoding pdf file for your ice cream maker. there are also some recipes.
