My wife lost the manual to our zenith XBV343 DVD/VCR combo......eARLIER she said she was using the remote and hit the set-up buttton and the screen went blank.........we can hear dvd but there is no picture and dont know how to bring picture back....help?

Yes you will need component cable and you can attach your xbox to the front left of this combo. You will have to select the correct auxillary input once the xbox is connected so you are able to view on your tv.

1) Remove any DVD that may be inside
2) Press AND Hold Stop Button (on front of Player) for 5 or more seconds
3) All Done - This will have reset player back to Interlaced Mode and you can now see your DVD!

2) Press & Hold "Stop" Button for a little over 5 seconds
3) Solved! DVD Player has reverted to Interlaced mode - You can now see your video!

SOUN problem Zenith XBV343 DVD Player / VCR Combo?

I have the Zenith xbv613 model DVD/VCR player and also need to change the clock set up. For the xbv613 I had to switch the player to VCR. The menu button did not bring the clock set up in DVD. When I switched to VCR and hit the menu button the clock set up showed, where I used to right arrow button to change the time. Hope this helps.
