Question about Navman iCN 520 GPS Receiver
This sounds like you have an issue with the software install on the device.
Have you tried to unlock the device before, and this has gone wrong?
Does the device connect to a PC via active sync? if so can you browse to the \my flash disk folder?
If you can use active sync then there is a good chance that you can salvage your device. :)
