The funkitron scrabble game is malfunctional. The problems are as follows:The screen listing all the different levels of players is no longer available The screen showing option button, start new game, does not work. On the same screen, the other option to continue game works fine, but due to this condition, you wind up playing the same game over and over. The only listed opponents are maven and student

Hi Marcy, go to "webcrawler.com". They list links to sites offering free downloads. I didn't come across Funkitron though. Anyway it can't do any harm to try it.

You could try going to the app store where you got this from and rate it. The software folk usually take more notice of a public complaint.

del eat the app and reinstall. don't worry once you paid for it you always own it.

I am having the same problem and hope someone has found a good solution. The only way I have been able to correct it is to turn the IPAD off, then back on. If the "loading" block has an "x" in it, tap the "x" an the game may resume.

Once each player has drawn these tiles, flip a coin or think of some other way to decide who goes first. 2 Try to use the letters that you have drawn to make the words that are on the Scrabble board. Scrabble Jr. does not have spaces for different words, as it is intended for those who are just learning how to read and spell. 3 Make a word on the board, then add up the points on the letter tiles. Record each player's score on a piece of paper. When a player uses his tiles, he can grab new ones from the kitty. 4 Return tiles for replacement ones. If a player does not use any tiles during their turn, they can replace them before relinquishing their turn to the next person. 5 End the game when every word on the Scrabble board has matching tiles on it or the tiles in the kitty run out. Count up the points and declare the winner.

Players take turns to place two letter tiles from their hand of seven tiles. The tiles must cover matching letters on the board. They can be placed on the first letter of any unstarted word or on the next available letter of a word that's already been partially covered. If a player finishes a word, they get a counter (or a point). Whoever has the most counters(points) once all the words are complete, wins the game.
