Mouse just freezes at random times and I cannot move the cursor...the only way to fix this is to unplug the USB cable...this is not a good solution...I only tell you this in that it may give you a clue to what is happening.

- Can't get to the site by clicking on it...when I entered it into my browser it still would not go...message from Microsoft saying I have not entered it correctly
