I continue to get this error 80010514 each time I try to play online or from the system. My game disc has no scratches or any signs of damage. I'm am very unhappy with this issue. I tried cooling, dusting, CD/DVD Disc cleaner, turn system off and on properly. At times might get lucky and play on match online before it freezes or that error 80010514 occurs.

This could be alnes problem or a system problem. Try to restore the PS3 first.
Turn off the ps3 then press and hold the powr button until it turns off again. Then do the same thing but this time it will make a beep, then it will make a double beep, and as soon as the ps3 makes a double beep release it. Its going to bring up a menu and make sure you press number 3 which is restoring file system. this error code (80010514) is indeed a hardware
failure, to be more specific, the Blueray drive has failed and the
system will not run like this.
If you can still avail the warranty, then sent it back for replacement under warranty. I hope this may help you,
your error means this according to what I could find out : 80010514 - Disc error detected. Retrying operation. Do your other games work. If so, then you may have a bad game disc. Or it may be scratched or dirty. If your other discs work, then I would try this game on someone elses unit, or check it for dirt/fingerprints. If that doesnt work, you could try a cd lens cleaner disc..it may help.
