Hi
It seems likely that your pump is either blocked or faulty. It could also be a blocked or kinked drain hose.
You haven't nominated a model.
Good luck.

Hi,
There is not much you can do to remove the drum of your WML 560 P Washing Machine...you can remove the bearings and door but you can't remove the drum personally. You'll have to take it in for service but here is a manual for you which you can read through to see if there is anything about removing the drum. It does NOT show how to remove the drawer. It is likely that the top of the machine must be "popped off" to do so. The best advise is to search for a Repair Manual if you simply must get the drawer out. I believe one of the manuals shown on this webpage may be the repair manual:
Most washing machine tops are simply a pressure fit that snaps on to the body. A firm grasp on the front sides of the top and a brisk pull may well pop it off.
Be sure to unplug the machine before you attempt any service!
Washing machines can be full of water AND electricity. That is most certainly a recipe for one, big, hydro-electric
This would be a Hotpoint/Indesit appliance I am guessing from the model number, the heaters are easy to replace. isolate the appliance, removed the back plate on the cabinet and the heater is located on the back of the drum below the pulley, it will have 5 wires going to it, live, neutral, earth and 2 smaller wires which will be to the temperature sensor. To test the heater use a multimeter and it a good heater should read approx. 30 ohms
Hi, I would not worry about it as the washer should be able to contend with varying pressures. As you say your previous washers were OK with it- providing, that is, that you did not have to change each one because of water pressure problems!!! I also doubt you could do anything with the supply anyway ;-0(

I have had this problem with mine. Turn off the machine at the mains (might be awkward if the switch is behind the machine!) wait a couple of mins and then turn back on again. It should now work!
