My samsung reality canot find bluetooth

Turn your headset off. Then, press and hold the answer/end button until the indicator light is solid lit in blue. It is in paring mode. Now, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the BT-350 should appear on-screen. Select it and make the application proceed. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing proces is successful, the headset should enter stand-by mode. The pairing process is timed. If you fail to complete it, you'll have to start it over, from the phone turned off phase. Once paired, whenever both your headset and your phone's bluetooth radios are turned on, they should connect to each other automatically. Otherwise, just press the answer/end button, and the link should be done again.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.
Cheers! Carlos

Turn auto answer off?

You probably have auto answer turned on in your phone. The headset does not have this feature. You must find it in your phone to turn off auto answer while headset in use.

Compatibility

According to the plantronics manual, turn your headset off, the hold the on button for six seconds.. the light will flash blue and red. This means it is in pairing mode.
Go to the bluetooth menu on the i580 and attempt to find the headset... with the headset in pairing mode, it should come up in the screen.. select it and enter the code supplied with the headset of 0000... let me know if you get it..

Canot connect bluetooth to I580

1.Press and hold the Multifunction button in the middle of a boom headset while the headset is closed. The light will glow blue.2.Open the boom microphone and the blue light should remain on. If not, repeat step 1.3.On the cell phone, press Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth > Handsfree > New Device
4.Select I150 once a connection is detected.
5.The passkey "0000" is now entered to confirm the connection has been made.
6.The cell phone screen will now read "Bluetooth Connection".
