Question about Gateway GT5032 (827103078121) PC Desktop
Hi - I recently moved and after Comcast came to install new internet service / cable for my computer I am unable to open any MS Office functions without being asked to reregister and input a product key. I bought the computer from Best Buy with the software already loaded so I do not have this information. Thanks.
Ok, have you tried to do a system restore to a time when it was working?
To do this :
Click Start -> All Programmes -> Acessories -> System Tools -> Sysytem Restore.
Select 'Restore my System to an earlier time'
Select a date from the calender when it was work (Only Bold dates can be selected)
Follow the remaining instructions.
After this has completed, your system will restart.
This can be undone if needed

The computer should have come with a document envelope that contains all the software that is pre-loaded (backup copies) along with the license sheets.
